PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an escalator type walkway capable of preventing snow, rain, and wind and enabling an easy movement. SOLUTION: A walkway 2 with a hood is formed on the ground and a space above the ground in the suburbs to prevent snow, rain, and wind.
