PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically preparing a blood collecting tube which can improve accuracy and reliability of preparation of the blood collecting tube, and can exclude possibility of mistakes at a preparative stage before blood collection to be linked with mistakes of the blood collection to the utmost. SOLUTION: The system for automatically preparing the blood collecting tube is equipped with a plurality of blood collecting tube storing parts. The system for automatically preparing the blood collecting tube is composed of taking out a necessary blood collecting tube for collecting the blood of a patient from a corresponding blood collecting tube storing part based on information on an order for collecting the blood from a doctor, printing the information related to blood collection of the patient by using a label printing/sticking means and sticking it on the blood collecting tube taken out, transferring the blood collecting tube after sticking the label to a blood collecting tube recovery part by a discharging means, and storing the blood collecting tube after sticking the label on each patient at the blood collecting tube recovery part. A reading means is provided so that the information of the label stuck on the blood collecting tube just before the blood collecting tube after sticking the label is put into the blood collecting tube storing part can be read, and the information read by the reading means is collated and confirmed with the information on the order for collecting the blood from the doctor.
