PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, which has an ink layer that displays desired characters, symbols, or patterns and causes no sanitary problems even if a food or the like stored in the packaging bag touches the ink layer, and a manufacturing method for the packaging bag. SOLUTION: According to the packaging bag, sealant layers of a laminated film for packaging are heat sealed together, and the ink layer, which displays the desired characters, symbols, or patterns, is formed between the sealant layers at a welding joint.
