COMBINATION CONFECTIONERY FOR GRANULAR MOUSSE CONFECTIONERY, MOLD FOR MOLDING MOUSSE COMPOSITION, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING GRANULAR MOUSSE CONFECTIONERY USING THE COMBINATION CONFECTIONERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combination confectionery for granular mousse confectionery rich in visual variety and elements of surprise, with which an eater can readily prepare by hand a large amount of hand-made homogeneously granular mousse confectionery having good formability; to provide a mold for molding a mousse composition; and to provide a method for preparing granular mousse confectionery using the combination confectionery. SOLUTION: The combination confectionery for granular mousse confectionery comprises the following separately packaged ingredients (A) and (B): (A) a powdery composition for mousse containing an acidic component, an alkaline component and at least one of water soluble thickener and a protein foaming agent, and converted into a mousse composition when mixed with an aqueous medium; and (B) coating powder coating the surface of a mousse mold obtained by molding the mousse composition to prepare granular mousse confectionery.
