A memory card for integrating the USB interface and an adaptor for the memory card are disclosed in the invention. The memory card is to provide a memory chip inside a main body. Besides, a SD or MS control interface, a USB control interface, a controller, and a storage memory are built in the memory chip. Additionally, a plurality of conductive bars is provided for being electrically connected to the memory chip, and the conductive bars also stick out from one end of the main body. On the other hand, the adaptor includes an insertion socket to be inserted in by a SD memory card or a MS memory card. Also, a plurality of conductive pins is provided inside the insertion socket to be electrically connected to the memory card. Finally, a USB connecting head is provided at the front end of the insertion socket and electrically connected to the conductive pins inside the insertion socket. Hence, the SD memory card and the MS memory card of the invention can also be inserted into the USB slot for expanding the application scope of the two memory cards.
