A power conversion module device includes a transformer (11), a primary power element (14), and a secondary power element (15) arranged on a printed circuit board (16) in such a manner that they are in a surface contact with the board (16). No control circuit is mounted on the board (16). The wiring impedance can be reduced and the loss is reduced. Additionally, the voltage waveform of the primary power element (14) is improved. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve a low noise. Moreover, since it is possible to conduct heat to the printed circuit board (16), it is possible to reduce heat generation of the transformer (11), the primary power element (14), and the secondary power element (15)as well as to reduce the size of the transformer.
