The roller blind box assembly (10) has a box housing (12) for mounting at a window frame through a profile rail (30), with an opening (14) at its under side (13). The roller blind (20) is wound around a shaft (22) within the housing, with the shaft ends in the side walls. The profile rail has a longitudinal section (31) to be attached to the outer side of the window frame, and support the under side of the box housing. Two lateral sections (37) link the side walls of the box housing to the longitudinal rail section.
