POLYOLEFIN GRAFT COPOLYMER, COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

Disclosed are a polyolefin graft copolymer with good powder characteristics which is obtained through graft copolymerization of an olefin monomer and a (meth)acrylic macromonomer, a polyolefin graft copolymer composition, and a method for producing such a polyolefin graft copolymer. Further disclosed are a composition containing the copolymer and a method for producing such a composition. An olefin monomer and a (meth)acrylic macromonomer having a glass transition temperature of not less than 30˚C are graft copolymerized in the presence of a coordination polymerization catalyst composed of a late transition metal complex.
