A planar case for arranging storing CDs in which a conventional shelf dedicated to CD case or a storing case is not required and a large number of CDs can be stored functionally in the storing space of home or office utilizing an external view image represented by printed matters of cover, jacket photograph, and the like. Utilizing the CD tray (D) in a commonly used CD case, four CD trays are set planarly in the inventive case (4) for storing CDs while arranging with the stretched parts (2) of that CD tray being located at the opposite outer sides so that CDs can be contained. Spaces for storing the cover, a jacket photograph, a back label, and the like, are provided on the bottom face of a CD tray storing section (1) and on the rear surface of a door so that CDs can be stored while being arranged utilizing these printed matters.
