<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic steering device capable of steering two outboard motors and a rudder through independent hydraulic driving device respectively, horizontally turning both synchronous with each other to the same direction by the same angle and realizing lateral movement and steering such as one direction turning at a fixed position without using a side thruster by simple operation of switching a position of a valve. <P>SOLUTION: B port 7b of helm pump 7 operated by a steering handle 8 is connected to a port 2a at one surface of a solenoid selector valve 2 by hydraulic pipes 9b and the other A port 7a is connected to A port 5a at one end of a body 5d in one hydraulic cylinder 5L by hydraulic pipes 9a through no solenoid selector valve 2. B port 5b at the other end of the same hydraulic cylinder body 5d and the A port 5a at one end of the body 5d in the other hydraulic cylinder 5R are connected by hydraulic pipes 9c. Further, one port 2b of two ports 2b, 2c on an opposite surface to the solenoid selector valve 2 and the B port 5b at a right end of the right hydraulic cylinder body 5d are connected by hydraulic pipes 9d.
