<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-variable high speed thermal spraying apparatus capable of dealing with thermal spraying conditions in accordance with the characteristics of a thermal spraying material and forming a sprayed coating of high quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the high speed thermal spraying apparatus 10 provided with a spraying means 16 for forming a sprayed coating film by spraying a thermal spraying material 14 together with high speed flame 13 formed from gaseous oxygen 11 and fuel 12 on an object 15, a mixing means 19 for producing a gaseous mixture 18 by previously mixing the gaseous oxygen 11 and air 17 which are regulated into a predetermined mixing ratio is provided on the upstream side of the spraying means 16, so that the amount of the fuel 12 to the amount of the gaseous oxygen 11 or the amount of the gaseous oxygen 11 to the amount of the fuel 12 is increased or decreased to change the temperature of the flame 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
