<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide so called, an opened image forming system which does not require labor of a user or a system operator, and which is used by not only the limited number of authorized users but also other users. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system is provided with printing devices (110 to 140) for performing image formation on sheets based on image information, a plurality of pieces of terminal equipment (510, 520, 410) connected through a network (10) to the printing devices and for transmitting electronic mails including image information to the network and a server (310) for transmitting a predetermined password for specifying the image information to the data transmitting terminal equipment (510 in the figure) among the plurality of pieces of terminal equipment being the transmission origin of the electronic mail in response to the reception of the electronic mail including the image information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
