<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of any crack due to reaction with a dielectric substrate, and to establish both characteristics and crack suppression. <P>SOLUTION: This resistor paste is constituted by containing at least glass compositions and conductive materials, and mixing them with organic vehicles. At least two kinds of glass compositions whose softening points are different are contained as the glass compositions. The respective glass compositions are coated on a dielectric substrate 1 constituted of barium titanate as main components, and the film thickness of a glass baked phase 2 after heat treatment is set so as to be T(glass baked film thickness), and the film thickness of a reaction phase 3 formed on an interface between the glass baked phase and the dielectric substrate is set so as to be t(reaction phase film thickness). When the value of t/T(reaction phase film thickness/glass baked film thickness) is calculated, the value d<SB>A</SB>of the t/T(reaction phase film thickness/glass baked film thickness) in the glass composition A whose softening point is low and the value d<SB>B</SB>of the t/T(reaction phase film thickness/glass baked film thickness) in the glass composition B whose softening point is high are defined as d<SB>A</SB><d<SB>B</SB>, and d<SB>A</SB>≤0.10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
