<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and stably hold a sleeve lock condition. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe joint is provided with a holding mechanism for holding a lock condition by preventing turn for the peripheral direction of a sleeve 30 by unexpected external force. The holding mechanism is provided to surround an outer peripheral face of a socket body 16 and includes a ratchet 33 turning in synchronization with the sleeve 30 and a coil spring 32 interposed between the sleeve 30 and the ratchet 33 to energize in such a way that they leave from each other under the action of springing force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
