<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated monitoring system and an integrated monitoring method capable of monitoring a plurality of private networks with one set of monitoring apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated monitoring system comprises a conversion unit 3, a conversion control management table 21, a conversion control unit 2, a network monitoring management table 11, and a network monitoring apparatus 1. The conversion unit 3 supports a private network and includes a conversion management table 31 for managing association between an IP address of and a converted IP address of a terminal to be monitored. The conversion control management table 21 determines whether duplication exists among the IP address of the terminal to be monitored and other addresses or not and associates the IP address with the converted IP address converted from the IP address for management if duplication exists. The conversion control unit 2 informs the conversion unit 3 and the network monitoring apparatus 1 of the converted IP address. The network monitoring management table 11 associates for management the IP address with the converted IP address of the terminal to be monitored, informed from the conversion control unit 2.
