PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain compactness, high reliability, and reduction of cost, of the inverter run motor, while enhancing its cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: The inverter driven motor is constituted by an inverter 2 housed in a case, an electric motor 3 having a cooling mechanism 9 to be driven by the inverter 2, a wiring 4b connecting the inverter 2 and the electric motor 3, a heating part 2b, the heating part 2b partially of an electrical part constituting the inverter 2, drawn out to outside the case to be fixed to a constitutive unit of the electric motor 3, and a wiring 4c connecting the inverter 2 and the heating part 2b. A heating unit constituting the inverter 2 is drawn out to outside the inverter, to provide the constitution cooled by a cooling fan 9 so that the inverter can be miniaturized, reliability is improved by enhancing the cooling efficiency; moreover the need for additionally providing special devices is eliminated, so that an apparatus is thus constituted at a low cost.
