PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the calculation time is long because modulation accuracy is determined by simulation or experimentation, thereby requiring a long time before obtaining prediction results. SOLUTION: The device for predicting modulation accuracy comprises a data input circuit for inputting the number of sub-carriers of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing signal, the sub-carrier interval and the amount of jitter of a sampling signal from a D/A converter, a CPU for calculating a modulation accuracy by operating the input value of the data input circuit according to a specified operational expression, and a circuit for outputting the calculation results from the CPU.
