PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet transmission control apparatus which enhances a transmission efficiency in response to a fading characteristic. SOLUTION: The packet transmission control apparatus 10 is provided with: a packet transmission section 103 for wirelessly transmitting a plurality of packet data to a mobile communication terminal 20 at a prescribed packet transmission interval; an acknowledgement reception section 106 for receiving an ACK signal in response to a plurality of the packet data from the mobile communication terminal 20; and a transmission interval revision section 109 for revising the packet transmission interval when the acknowledgement reception 106 receives no ACK signal within a prescribed time TA. The packet transmission section 103 retransmits a plurality of the packet data at a packet transmission interval revised by the transmission interval revision section 109. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
