PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor having a filling member inside and to provide a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor which has no deformation of the raw pipe before and after fixing the filling member even when the raw pipe is thin, which has excellent straightness and resulting in a favorable image, and which is to be mounted in a contact charging type full-color electrophotographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The cylindrical photoreceptor has an opening end 5 at least one of the both ends and a photosensitive layer 3 formed on the outer circumference face of a cylindrical conductive substrate 1.
