PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of fluidized bed kiln, conventionally widely used as a waste incinerator of industrial waste, municipal waste and the like, which instantaneously burns waste fed into a fluidized bed where heated sand is flowing; stable operation is not easy as temperature in the kiln and generation gas quantity are varied depending on change of feeding quantity and properties of the waste; a huge exhaustion gas processing facility is required as combustion is executed in a very short period of time and unburned waste and ashes are scattered out of the kiln depending on the properties of waste. SOLUTION: The incinerator capable of stably burning the unburned waste and ashes of waste having various properties without scattering them out of the kiln by using heat-retention effect of an ore and the like to stabilize combustion temperature.
