MICROREACTOR AND ITS USING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a microreactor which forms a stable interface between two noncompatible reaction fluids which are different in fluid characteristics and distributes the interface while keeping its stability, and also provide its using method. SOLUTION: The microreactor 10 is provided with a first substrate 1 on whose surface a reaction flow channel 1a is formed and a second substrate 2 on whose surface a flow channel 2a is formed. The inner wall 1b of the reaction flow channel 1a has an affinity with at least one reaction fluid, and the inner wall 2b of the reaction flow channel 2a has an affinity with at least one reaction fluid except the reaction fluid having the affinity with the inner wall 1b of the reaction flow channel 1a. The first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2 are bonded so that the surfaces on which the reaction flow channels 1a and 2a are formed may face each other, and the reaction flow channels 1a and 2a are connected so that the inner walls 1b and 2b may together form a microchannel 20.
