PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential structure for a small animal improved in comfortability and dwelling ability. SOLUTION: The dwelling 40 for small animal has a bottom surface 44, side walls 46, 48, 50 and 52 provided thereon and a roof 54 provided on the side walls, and at least one opening is formed on the side wall 48 and an automatic door 58 for opening or closing the opening is provided in the opening.
