A tube (d) is held upside down between a handle ceated of two parallel positioned bars (e). A carriage (g) can be moved along the bars (e) by a spindle (h) causing two drums (f) transversally positioned on both sides of the tube (d) to squeeze a quantity of cream or lotion out of the neck (c) and onto a drum (a) located underneath. The drum (a) is made of a skin friendly material and rotates around a transversal axle positioned in front of the lower end of the bars (e).
