<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable ink-jet ink composition which has good fixability to non-absorbing materials such as plastics and metal. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curable ink-jet ink composition comprises at least a pigment, an ultraviolet curable resin and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the ultraviolet curable resin comprises an allyl group which has three or more functional groups and a triazine ring.
