<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sample container of a centrifuge which facilitates the removal or the like of treated matters such as sediments to the maximum level and is constructed so as to minimize the leakage of a content. <P>SOLUTION: The sample container has a closure assembly 20 provided with a handle 30, a flange 40, a flexible ring 50, an O-ring 60 and a support member 70 and a sample jar 10, and the O-ring 60 is more compressed by increasing a fluid pressure which acts on a bottom surface 73 of the support member 70 to generate a bigger sealing force during a centrifugal separation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
