PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber composite material in which a carbon nano fiber is uniformly dispersed and to provide a method for producing the material, and to provide a carbon fiber molded article and to provide a method for producing the molded article.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the carbon fiber composite material comprises a step for mixing an elastomer 30 having an unsaturated bond or group having affinity for carbon nano fiber 40 with nonmetal particles 50 and a step for mixing the elastomer 30 containing nonmetal particles 50 with a carbon nano fiber 40 and dispersing the fiber 40 into the elastomer 30 by shearing force.
