<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low reaction level light health appliance improved in health effect though conventional light health appliances utilizing light rays of light emitting diodes has not much effect on health since its light source is a non-polarlizing type. <P>SOLUTION: This low reaction level light health appliance comprises a flexible board and a plurality of light rays of light emitting diodes placed on the board.
