<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image while preventing an unauthorized use of the image and to enable a person who receives providing of images to easily grasp a usable image. <P>SOLUTION: A database 60 includes a user space 60B for registering a favorite-registered content to be used for document data 46 for every user separately from a common space 60A storing subject data 40A of contents. A server 14 stores, when favorite-registration of a content is requested from a user PC 12, not the subject data 40A of the content the registration of which is requested themselves but first link information including an URL and a thumbnail showing the location of the subject data 40A. The server 14 lists the favorite-registered contents on the UI30 of the user PC 12 by use of the first link information 42 in the user database 60B to make the user browse the favorite-registered contents, and follows the link information to provide the subject data 40A in printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
