<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printing result of high quality by outputting, in a state where a printer can selectively feed a plurality of kinds of storage mediums, print data obtained by performing the best image processing to drawing data on a selected storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: When the kind of drawing data delivered from an application is discriminated by a printer driver 610, and the kind of storage medium to be selected in the printer 601 is determined based on the discriminated kind of drawing data, image data generated from the drawing data are subjected to a predetermined image processing for every determined kind of storage medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
