<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery with a terminal capable of surface-mounting by a reflow method in which a thermal effect to a power generating element in a high temperature atmosphere is eliminated and which has a high capacity and is superior in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: This secondary battery is constituted such that a generating element composed of a positive and a negative electrodes 4, 5, a separator 6, and an electrolytic liquid is housed in battery containers 1, 2 and connecting terminals 7, 8 are installed at least at one electrode of the battery container, and those connecting terminals are mounted in equipment. Monoclinic niobium pentoxide is used for the positive electrode and a lithium aluminum alloy is used for the negative electrode, and a battery voltage before the installation of the equipment is made 1.7 V or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
