<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely connect a recovery side of waste plants such as pruned branches and leaves with a sales side of organic materials with the waste plants as raw material, especially to promote recycling inside a certain area. <P>SOLUTION: This recycling system has: a recycling server 0101 for the waste plants of a distribution support dealer; and recycling terminals 0102, 0103 for the waste plants of a tree or the like owner putting out the waste plants and a landscape gardener recovering the waste plants.
