<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intravenous equipment that ultrasonically detects a position of a vein and conducts an injection. <P>SOLUTION: The intravenous equipment 1 detecting a position of a patient's vein for an injection comprises a base 2 including a housing 20, a pulse ultrasonic sonde 21 placed at the tip of the housing and comprising an oscillator that outputs a pulse ultrasonic signal forward along the housing and a sensor that receives a reflection wave reflected by the patient, converts it to an electric signal, and sends to a microprocessor, and a microprocessor placed in the housing; a propulsion unit 3 driving the base along an output direction of the pulse ultrasonic wave signal; and a syringe 4 connected to the propulsion unit and driven by the propulsion unit along the output direction of the pulse ultrasonic wave signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
