COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND BASE STATION AND MOBILE STATION USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which does not waste a band for broadcast communication and a communication band between a base station and other mobile stations.

SOLUTION: A data processing unit 41 of a base station communication device 1 is designed to send a result to a transmission inquiry interval adjustment requesting unit 413, when transmission/reception is determined to be not needed after monitoring data transmission state of an application data transmitting unit 411, when a two-way communication is determined to be not needed based on content of an application received by an application registration reception unit 425, and when the two-way transmission is determined to be not needed by a data processing unit 43, 44 in a mobile station communication device 2. The transmission inquiry interval adjustment requesting unit 413 is designed to request a transmission inquiry interval adjustment request to a communication processing unit 51 of the base station communication device 1 based on informed content. A transmission inquiry interval adjustment requesting unit 515 of a communication processing unit 51 is designed to perform a transmission inquiry interval adjustment operation by lengthening and stopping the transmission inquiry interval.
