<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle steering control device for more efficiently transmitting rotation from an input shaft to an output shaft by improving the supporting rigidity of planetary gears. <P>SOLUTION: A planetary gear mechanism 14 has first and second planetary gears 22, 27 constituted by first and second planetary gear units arranged on the front and rear sides and supported by a planetary carrier 21 and first and second ring gears 23, 29 meshing with the planetary gears, respectively. A carrier body 38 arranged between both planetary gears is rotatably supported by first and second bearings 47, 48 which are provided on the inner and outer peripheral faces of an extension portion 46 of the first ring gear.
