GAS LASER OSCILLATION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas laser oscillation system to solve a problem involved in a traditional technology wherein a mode switching mechanism is placed between an output mirror and an air supply block, and is provided away from flow of a laser medium gas, by which a means to interrupt a laser beam in the mode switching mechanism is abnormally heated and deteriorates. SOLUTION: A mode switching means is installed in an exhaust block positioned at an outlet of a laser medium of a discharge tube. The mode switching mechanism is provided at a part where the laser medium gas flows at the outlet side of the discharge tube, by which the switching means is cooled and abnormal rise of temperature is controlled.
