PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device having simple operability, satisfactorily employed even in a vehicle, and capable of effectively using many stored music data in accordance with user's desire. SOLUTION: The reproducing device capable of reproducing music data read from a storage means 1110 storing the music data is provided with a reproducing order information creating means 1160 for creating reproducing order information obtained by a communication means 1150 based on the sales information of the music data, and a reproducing control means 1170 for reproducing the music data stored in the storage means 1110 based on the reproducing order information created by the reproducing order information creating means 1160.
