PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the throughput of an entire system by balancing load handling even across an operating system, in a task management program for executing an operating system as one task on a computer. SOLUTION: A timer interrupt handler 130 uses a PCB list 310 and an interrupt handling request flag 320 to determine whether processing by a general purpose OS task 400 is necessary, and if processing by the general purpose OS task 400 is necessary, increases the priority of the general purpose OS task 400.
