PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional technology wherein advertisement information is transmitted one way and is apt to become monotonous and cannot be selected according to consumers' tastes and makes quantification of advertising effects impossible or advertisement information is not of real-time and is fixed or is not suitable for local advertisements characteristic of the region. SOLUTION: An advertisement information, providing method using a transparent organic EL display device, includes first processing and second processing. In the first processing, an advertisement information providing server receives advertisement information transmitted via a communication network and separates received advertisement information into image data and sound data and transmits them to an advertisement information providing device via the communication network and delivers advertisement information to terminal devices of consumers, separately as necessary. In the second processing, the advertisement information providing device receives advertisement information transmitted from the advertisement information providing server and out puts and displays the advertisement information on the transparent organic EL display device.
