PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cured product having a high hardness, a high elasticity and high heat-resisting performance which are necessary for coating agents and molding materials and unattainable with one organic compound, one inorganic compound or their mixture, and also having high transparency. SOLUTION: The resin cured product is obtained by using a colloidal silica-containing monomer in which the colloidal silica and a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group and an isocyanate group are bonded through a urethane bond, or a colloidal silica-containing monomer in which the colloidal silica and an isocyanate compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group at one or more isocyanate groups of a polyisocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule are bonded through a urethane bond, and polymerizing the monomer alone or copolymerizing the monomer with a polymerizable compound.
