STAINPROOF RESIN, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND STAINPROOF COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainproof resin which is low toxic and exhibits high stainproof activities, and a stainproof coating. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the stainproof resin comprises a step for polymerizing a mixture containing a terminal silanol group-bearing polysiloxane and a crosslinking agent containing a trialkoxysilane having an ammonium salt structure.
