PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatback frame suitable to install a seat belt therein by improving the rigidity while securing a reduced weight. SOLUTION: The seatback frame comprises right and left recliner mount brackets 30, 31 overlapping each other correspondingly to outside faces 20, 21 of right and left sectionally box-shaped frame sides 12, 13 and a frame bottom pipe 14 passing correspondingly through the sectionally box-shaped frame sides 12, 13 with their right and left ends overlapping each other and the recliner mount brackets 30, 31 and securely joined thereto.
