PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lame-containing sheet using an olefin resin and constituted so that the sheet of a part, where a lame material is present, does not become thin or the lame material is not peeled from the surface of the sheet, and a lame-containing sheet manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A large number of lame pieces 12 are held between two transparent or translucent sheets 1 and 3 comprising an olefinic material and two sheets are bonded under pressure to form the lame-containing sheet. Preferably, an adhesive 80 is provided between two sheets and the lame pieces 12 are fixed by the adhesive 80. The lame-containing sheet manufacturing method has a process for coating the surface part of the first sheet 1 comprising the olefinic material with the adhesive 80, a process for spraying a large number of the lame pieces 12 on the surface coated with adhesive and a process for bonding the second sheet 3 comprising the olefinic material to the surface part of the first sheet under pressure.
