PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent cutter mechanism by which full cutting and partial cutting can be stably executed. SOLUTION: The cutter mechanism is provided with a lengthy fixed blade 1, a rotary blade 2 for the full cutting having a blade 2a continuous on the circumference, a rotary blade 3 for the perforation having a notched part 3b at a part of a blade 3a formed on the circumference, a cutter carriage 4 movably supported along the fixed blade 1, an oscillating arm 5, which is pivotally and freely rotatably supported to the cutter carriage 4 and in which the rotary blade 2 for the full cutting and the rotary blade 3 for the perforation are respectively pivotally and freely rotatably supported at the oscillating ends 5a, 5b, and a switching means 6 which can switch the oscillating arm 5 to a first position where the blade 2a of the rotary blade 2 for the full cutting crosses with roll paper S on the fixed blade 1 and a second position where the blade 3a of the rotary blade 3 for the perforation crosses with the roll paper S on the fixed blade 1.
