<p>A valve casing (15) is formed with a valve receiving hole (11), with which communicating are an air feed port (20), exhaust ports (21, 22), and output ports (23, 24), the valve receiving hole (11) having a valve shaft (12) axially reciprocably installed therein. The valve shaft (12) has annular rubber-made elastic valve bodies (51, 52) mounted thereon which are switchable between a communication state where they leave the inner peripheral seal surface of the valve receiving hole (11) to establish communication between the air feed port (20) and the output ports (23, 24) and a shut-off state where they contact the inner peripheral seal surface to cut off the communication. The valve casing (15) has composite valve bodies (61, 62) mounted therein which have an annular reinforcing ring (63) and a rubber-made elastic seal (64) integral therewith, the composite valve bodies (61, 62) being switchable between a communication state where they establish communication between the valve output ports (23, 24) and the exhaust ports (21, 22) and a cut-off state where they cut off the communication.</p> |
