A method of manufacturing an aluminum pipe by drawing an extruded material pipe (4) after aluminum billets are extruded to provide the extruded material pipe (4), comprising the steps of cutting the extruded aluminum extruded material pipe (4) at positions within 10 m from the delivery position (M) of an extruding die to provide aluminum extruded material pipes (4) of 10 m or shorter in length (R) and withdrawing the extruded material pipes (4), whereby the aluminum pipe having the excellent surface quality capable of preventing surface defects such as surface discontinuities can be manufactured with an excellent production efficiency.
