Provided is an aqueous diffusion solution of one or more biodegradable polymers which shows low viscosity, high drying material content and excellent stability, therefore it is possibly applied to a cohesion film with excellent transparency and high brilliance. The aqueous diffusion solution of one or more biodegradable polymers is characterized by including one or more polymers and one or more of viscosity lowering agents at 99.8:0.2-60:40, desirably at 97:3-70:30 and more desirably at 92:8-70:30 in a weight rate, in which one or more viscosity lowering agents show 15-28(J.cm^-3), desirably 16-23(J.cm^-3) and more desirably 18-21(J.cm^-3) in solubility and 3.5-15(J.cm^-3), desirably 4-13(J.cm^-3) and more desirably 5-10(J.cm^-3) in hydrogen bond.
