PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order entry and order placement schedule support system for rapidly answering a source for ordering products by considering the ensuring of resources when entering an order to the products, and for specifying an optimum delivery timing to the answer.

SOLUTION: An order entry and order placement support system 1 comprises a resource surplus power time series data reception module 24 for receiving resource surplus power time series data; a product surplus power time series data calculation module 22 for calculating product surplus power time series data, based on the resource surplus power time series data and a process master; a product order transmission/reception module 11 for receiving a product order having work time units independent of time units used in the product surplus power time series data and resource surplus power time series data from the source for ordering products; an order creation module 13 for creating a resource order to resources required for manufacturing products specified by a product order; and a resource order transmission/reception module 15 for transmitting the resource order to one who preserves the resources.
