<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air heater unit reducible in weight and a vehicular air heater system. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular air heater unit 100 comprises an electrothermal heating element 120 and a frame body 130 for holding the electrothermal heating element 120. The electrothermal heating element 120 has such temperature converging property that the temperature rises and then converges into a preset converging temperature when the maximum allowance voltage is continuously applied thereto. The frame body 130 has a resin portion 132 formed of a resin (PPS).
