<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally and stably operate an electronic component mounted on a circuit board for a long period of time by establishing reliable connection between a wiring conductor and an electrode of the electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit board comprises an insulating substrate 1 having a recess 2 formed in the upper main surface thereof to accommodate an electronic component 4, a plurality of wiring conductors 3 formed on the upper main surface of the insulating substrate 1 so as to spread radially from the opening edge of the recess 2, grooves 1a formed between the wiring conductors 3 at the opening edge of the upper main surface of the insulating substrate 1, and conductor layers 3a formed at bottoms of the grooves 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
