<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid porous tube by which, a solid electrolyte fuel cell withstanding high temperature (900 °C or higher), free from breakage caused by temperature cycle can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A base material 3 made of cylinder-shaped or columnar-shaped Al for forming a thermal spray film is prepared (a). For example, a porous thermal spray film 1 is formed by spraying NiCrAlY by a flame spraying method (b). For example, a porous ceramic thermal spray film 2 is formed by spraying alumina by a plasma spraying method (c). The porous composite tube 100 is obtained by removing the base material 3 by an etching method (d). It may as well improve the oxidation resistant property of an alloy film by immersing the formed porous composite tube 100 in a solution of yttrium compound, and applying hear treatment in oxidizing atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
